2. What data we process

When you fill in the contact form or an inquiry form, we process:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name (optional)
• Budget indication and project details (optional)
• The content of your message
• Technical data: IP address and submission timestamp (for spam and abuse prevention)

If you consent to analytics cookies, we also process data about your visit via Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate (country-level) location, device and browser type. Google Analytics 4 anonymizes IP addresses by default. If you separately consent to marketing cookies, Google also measures whether our ads work (Google Ads); you can withdraw both consents at any time via 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of the page.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your inquiry and preparing or performing a contract. Basis: performance of (pre-)contractual steps.
• Security and preventing spam and abuse (e.g. via IP address and rate-limiting). Basis: legitimate interest.
• Measuring and improving website usage via analytics cookies. Basis: your consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time via 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of the page.

4. Cookies

This website places no tracking cookies without your consent. Your choice itself is stored in a functional cookie (sonora-consent) that only remembers your preference and is not used for tracking. Only after you click 'Accept' does Google Analytics place cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to measure visit statistics. You can change your choice anytime via 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of the page.

5. Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We use carefully selected processors that help us deliver the service:

• Resend: for delivering email from the contact form.
• Vercel: for hosting this website.
• Google (Google Analytics): for website statistics, only after consent.

Some of these parties may process data outside the EEA (e.g. the United States). Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

6. Retention

• Contact-form inquiries are kept for at most 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract is formed.
• Analytics data is retained per the settings in Google Analytics (by default up to 14 months).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Where you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Send your request to info@sonorasolutions.nl.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, a strict Content-Security-Policy and access restrictions.
